1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BaliHoliday.xyz (“the Website”) and booking any tour, activity, or service (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

BaliHoliday provides private tour packages, activities, experiences, transfers, and attraction tickets in Bali, Indonesia. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By completing a payment, you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment cannot be verified.

4. Pricing

  • Prices are per person unless otherwise noted in the package description.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.
  • Additional costs (entrance fees, meals not included, tips) are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated as included.

5. Cancellation & Refund

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal information (name, contact, hotel details) at the time of booking.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the tour.
  • Follow safety instructions provided by guides and drivers at all times.
  • Behave respectfully toward local culture, temples, and communities.

7. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide services as described in the booking confirmation.
  • Assign experienced, licensed drivers and knowledgeable local guides.
  • Maintain clean, air-conditioned vehicles in good condition.
  • Respond to inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

8. Limitation of Liability

BaliHoliday acts as a service provider and facilitator. We are not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or losses during activities (ATV, rafting, etc.) where inherent risks exist.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during tours.
  • Third-party service failures (hotels, restaurants, attraction venues).

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by BaliHoliday and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
