1. Tour Packages (Private Tours)

Modification

  • Date changes are free if requested more than 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
  • Changes to itinerary or destinations can be accommodated with prior notice.

2. Activities & Experiences

Activities and experiences (ATV rides, rafting, cooking classes, tickets, transfers, etc.) are provided by third-party operators. Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific provider.

* Refunds for activities are subject to the third-party provider's own cancellation policy. In cases where the provider does not allow cancellation or refund, we may not be able to process a refund. We will always communicate the provider's specific terms before confirming your booking.

3. Custom Tours

  • Custom tour bookings follow the same cancellation policy as Tour Packages above.
  • If the route or duration changes significantly, we will recalculate the price and notify you before proceeding.

4. Cancellation by BaliHoliday

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to:

  • Severe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms)
  • Natural disasters (volcanic eruption, earthquake)
  • Government restrictions or road closures
  • Safety concerns

In these cases, you will receive a full 95% refund (5% processing fee still applies) or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed through PayPal to the original payment method.
  • A 5% processing fee is deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable PayPal transaction charges.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/PayPal.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

7. Partial Participation

If you choose to leave a tour early or skip certain destinations, no partial refund will be provided. The full tour price applies regardless of participation.

8. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be handled through PayPal's Resolution Center.
